How to Create and Link an Aniimo Account

Use the email you want to keep, then connect Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or mobile on the same server. Check first-login prompts before creating a character.

Linking checklist

  1. Create or sign in to the target Aniimo Pass (prefer your pre-registration email) before platform hops.
  2. Steam: follow the login prompt to link Aniimo Pass, or use Email Link later if offered.
  3. PSN / Xbox: the first-login popup is often the only chance to bind an existing Pass—skipping can create a new Pass that cannot re-bind the old one.
  4. Confirm PSN region maps to the same server as your existing character.
  5. On mobile, sign in with the same Pass and server, then verify your character before spending.
  6. Only then claim pre-order packs or make purchases.

Create or access your Aniimo Pass with email

  1. At the login screen, enter the email used for pre-registration, a beta test, or a web event. Request a verification code and sign in with that code. The official beta-reward notice recommends entering the email manually instead of choosing a Google or other third-party login.
  2. If you signed in with a different email but have not created a character, the official path is Login Screen → Account Center → Account Management → Email. Link your original email there before continuing.
  3. Select the server that holds your existing character. Progress and rewards from different servers do not merge.

Link email on your first mobile or third-party login

  1. If you use a third-party sign-in for the first time, open the Link Email prompt and enter the email used for pre-registration, a test, or a pre-launch event. Complete the verification shown in-game.
  2. Do not skip that first-time email prompt if you need earlier progress or rewards. The official notice says new users cannot reopen it after skipping and should contact Customer Support.
  3. If you already use an Aniimo Pass email, sign in with that same email and select the same server. Confirm your character before claiming rewards or making purchases.

Already created a character under another login? The official notice gives different recovery paths depending on whether you can lose that character. Contact in-game Customer Support before unlinking anything if you want to keep it.

Why the console popup matters

Official account FAQ warns that on consoles, skipping the first binding prompt can create a new Aniimo Pass that cannot attach to your previous account. Read before you dismiss.

Servers do not merge

Official FAQ: data on different servers is independent. Progress is fully shared across platforms within the same server only.
